Shipping costs by country:

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. The prices shown in the shopping cart may be lower, as they take into account possible discounts or special promotions. Countries not included in the list are not supplied.

Germany:
Delivery time: 2-3 working days
Shipping partner: DHL 
Costs: Free shipping from an order value of €35, otherwise €4.95 per parcel¹. 
Austria:
Shipping partner: DHL 
Costs: €9.95 per parcel¹. 
Italy: 
Shipping partner: DHL
Cost: €15.99 per parcel¹.

1 Additional packages:

For delivery to a postal address and a weight of approx. 20 kg or a volume of approx. 136 l, an additional parcel is required, for which additional shipping costs of €4.95 (DE) apply.
There are no additional costs for partial deliveries. You always pay the lowest shipping price.


Shipping tracking:

As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via the link provided in the e-mail. Insurance and transport damage:

Commercial customers bear the transportation risk. The transfer of risk takes place when the goods are handed over to the transport company. Each shipment is insured for the value of the goods up to a maximum of € 500.00.

Deliveries to non-EU countries:

Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees.
